Who We Are

Agencies are only as good as their people. At Page One PR, we don't settle on good; we strive for great. We believe that great PR people come from all different disciplines.

We're former reporters from the Los Angles Times, San Francisco Chronicle, Gannett newspapers and Der Spiegel. We designed the first comprehensive global survey on Linux for IDC. We were on the studio set with Linus Torvalds for his cover story photo shoot in BusinessWeek. We wrote keynote speeches for Bill Gates. We started the first private ISP in Japan. We founded the Tokyo Linux users' group. We managed a systems integration business that HP named its corporate reseller of the year. We wrote S-1s for companies going public. We taught journalism to graduate students at the University of California at Berkeley. We authored books. We created the world's first online soap opera, As the Web Turns. We ran speaking engagements at IBM for Lou Gerstner and Sam Palmisano. We even won an NCAA badminton championship.

Along the way we've parked our coffee mugs at some of the most innovative agencies in the world, including Brodeur, Burson-Marsteller, Niehaus Ryan Wong, Ogilvy, Poppe Tyson, Regis McKenna and Waggener Edstrom.

If you're a great PR person, we want to hear from you. If you're a company looking for great PR people, give us a shout.
