		<description>CRM system, thanks for the comment.  I think that marketing online is growing and changing rapidly.   Online marketing no longer just refers to online advertising.  In the new viral, peer-to-peer model, the comments on blogs, videos, and Twitter are also critically important to product sales.  

Since the placement cost of blogs, YouTube videos, and Twitter is zero, the cost of management becomes critical.  In order to get the maximum benefit from time spent on each activity, measurement is critical.</description>
